Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Succession Planning Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of succession planning processes within the PeopleSoft HCM environment. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and PeopleSoft HCM modules, with a focus on succession planning and career development.

This role requires close collaboration with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure effective alignment of system capabilities with organizational talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and implementation of PeopleSoft Succession Planning solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to succession planning, talent reviews, and career development.
• Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM modules, particularly:
• Profile Management
• ePerformance
• Succession Planning
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define talent management strategies and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for development/customization.
• Support data mapping, conversion, and validation for succession-related data.
• Design and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for talent insights and leadership pipeline tracking.
• Provide UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support and ensure successful system deployment.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation.
• Ensure system compliance with HR policies, governance, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Succession Planning and Talent Management modules in PeopleSoft.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes, including:
• Talent Review
• Career Pathing
• Workforce Planning
• Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft tools, such as:
• Application Designer (functional exposure)
• Query Manager / PS Query
• Workflow configuration
• Experience supporting UAT, SIT, and production environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and modern HCM enhancements.
• Exposure to integration tools (Integration Broker, APIs).
• Prior experience in large-scale HCM implementations or upgrades.
• Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
• Certification in PeopleSoft HCM (preferred but not mandatory).
