Lead medium to large-scale engineering projects from design through deployment. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to design and build scalable products. Design and implement highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems. Deliver high-quality technical designs and production-ready code in an Agile/Scrum environment. Build applications that meet performance, throughput, and SLA requirements. Implement unit tests, code reviews, and documentation. Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across development, QA, and production environments. Maintain production stability and monitoring, ensuring high system availability. Troubleshoot production and business issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes. Support business teams with investigation and analysis requests. Contribute to and leverage open-source technologies. Apply an AI-first development approach, leveraging AI tools and agents to accelerate development and automation. Utilize agentic AI platforms for workflow automation, API orchestration, and enterprise integrations.
