Associate Dentist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join an established, privately owned dental practice in Lewiston, Idaho. This opportunity offers a consistent patient volume from day one, clinical autonomy, advanced technology, and strong opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will be committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care and building long-term relationships with patients. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.

Perform restorative and general dentistry procedures.

Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.

Perform surgical and laser-assisted procedures as appropriate to experience and training.

Utilize advanced dental technology, including CEREC, PrimeScan, CBCT, digital photography, and dental lasers.

Educate patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

Collaborate with experienced clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient care.

Participate in continuing education and professional development.

Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care.

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.

Active Idaho dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one.

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

Experience or interest in restorative and comprehensive dentistry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient-first approach with strong attention to quality of care.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the dental team.

$200,000-$350,000 annual earning potential.
