Escalate questions to appropriate teams.Onboarding: Guide newly hired employees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition. Onboarding tasks, background checks, motor vehicle records checks, drug tests, etc. Work closely with field managers to ensure a successful hand-off occurs on day one of employment.Orientation: Conduct and facilitate new hire orientation presentations to introduce company policies, procedures and benefits.Audits & Projects: Assist with annual audits and special projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR practices.Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.Health Insurance: Manage health insurance enrollments, ensuring employees have access to the benefits they need.Resource & Backup: Act as a backup and main resource to other HR Coordinators, offering support and expertise.Claims Handling: Handle unemployment and worker compensation claims with professionalism and care.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other HR coordinators and team members to address human resource needs.Qualifications:What You Need to Be Successful:Attitude: A positive, optimistic, and energetic attitude that inspires othersCommunication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsMultitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyTech Savvy: Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office applicationsProfessionalism: A high level of professionalism displayed at all timesCulture Champion: Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company cultureFox Pest Control is an Equal Opportunity / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities Employer
