Physical Therapist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist / PT to join a patient-focused outpatient physical therapy clinic in Centreville, VA . The Physical Therapist will provide hands‑on, individualized rehabilitation services focused on reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping patients maintain long‑term functional outcomes. Responsibilities of the Staff Physical Therapist include: Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical needs and functional goals Provide hands‑on manual therapy techniques to address pain, mobility limitations, and musculoskeletal dysfunction Perform therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and functional movement Educate patients on exercises, movement patterns, posture, and techniques to support long‑term recovery Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements Collaborate with clinical leadership and other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care Utilize state‑of‑the‑art rehabilitation equipment and treatment techniques Provide compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with the organization's clinical philosophy Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Qualifications for the Staff Physical Therapist include: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or eligibility to obtain licensure Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) Strong understanding of physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical reasoning, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical leadership Commitment to providing high‑quality, patient-centered care Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and sit for extended periods Preferred Qualifications: Certification or training in Dry Needling Experience with manual‑based physical therapy Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy Interest in continued clinical education and professional development New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply Compensation for the Staff Physical Therapist includes: Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees
