MedTech Project Manager, MedSurg Professional Svcs - Nationwide/Remote

IQVIA seeks a Project Manager to lead endoscopy digital implementation projects for hospital customers nationwide. The role requires managing complex, multi-workstream implementations from planning through go-live, coordinating with clinical and technical teams, and maintaining stakeholder alignment across customer organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own endoscopy digital implementation project delivery from intake through closure with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and customer adoption
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, communication plans, and status reports; lead kickoffs and governance meetings
• Plan and coordinate implementation activities for endoscopy systems including equipment, software, network products, and hospital infrastructure deployment
• Proactively identify and manage risks across scope, schedule, cost, technical readiness, clinical workflow, adoption, and customer satisfaction; escalate critical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, IT, engineering, clinical sciences, or related field
• Minimum 3 years healthcare IT, medical-device implementation, SaaS, or project management experience
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects with multiple technical and clinical workstreams
• Demonstrated project planning, scope/schedule management, risk tracking, and status reporting skills
• Working knowledge of IT systems, hospital IT practices, software/cloud infrastructure, and hardware deployment
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required
