Project Manager - Highway/RoadwayAECOM is seeking a Project Manager to be based in Ontario, CA for a critical role in our organization.Responsibilities include:Managing and administering highway and roadway projectsProviding leadership and strategic guidanceEnsuring project adherence to design specifications, budget, and scheduleManaging project from budgeting and scheduling through procurement and contract closeoutDeveloping and implementing project management plansCoordinating with internal departments for seamless project executionConducting regular project status meetingsManaging and mitigating project risksPreparing and submitting all required project documentationCollaborating with business development teamsMentoring and developing junior project management staffEnsuring compliance with regulationsMinimum qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field8+ years of relevant experiencePreferred qualifications include:Professional Engineer licenseExperience in business development and client relationsProject management experience leading highway projectsExcellent written and oral communications skillsAdditional information:Travel may be requiredSponsorship is not available
