If you are the successful candidate, further information regarding these requirements will be available during the interview and onboarding process.These are requirements for the position and are not paid for by Axis Health System.Position Summary: We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide supportive services and monitor and direct compliance with rules, guidelines, and directives for clients within a 24-hour residential care unit. Participates as a member of the service delivery team to assist with the individual care plans for program clients in accordance with policies, rules, regulations, and directives that apply. May also be asked to provide similar services in other locations as needed.The primary purpose Behavioral Health Technician - Detox position is to engage detox clients in detox-specific therapy. The Behavioral Health Technician monitors clients in the process of active detoxification or withdrawal to assure physical stability while clients are in the facility. Behavioral Health Technicians are to make reasonable accommodations to make clients as comfortable as possible during their stay at the facility.Our ideal candidate for our Behavioral Health Technician position will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
