FLATS LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the lease-up and ongoing operations of a newly constructed multifamily community in Nevada. You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise onsite staff, drive leasing performance, and ensure financial and customer service goals are met. Responsibilities include overseeing the transition from construction to stabilization, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws, ADA, FCRA, and Nevada regulations governing multifamily housing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Flats LLC
