Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver evidence-based treatment
• Float within scope of practice to other units or facilities as needed to meet staffing demands
• Complete required orientation modules, both billable and non-billable, as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility (local travelers are not eligible)
• Must be willing to float to other units or facilities within scope of practice

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU setting
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations and critical care protocols
