Key Responsibilities:

• Run shifts effectively to ensure great food and excellent guest service.
• Act as a positive role model, coaching and mentoring team members to foster a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated passion for leadership and the restaurant industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs., squat and bend down and be on your feet for long periods of time.
• A genuine, smiling and enthusiastic personality!
• 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
