Key Responsibilities:

Run shifts effectively to ensure great food and excellent guest service.
Act as a positive role model, coaching and mentoring team members to foster a high-performing team.
Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated passion for leadership and the restaurant industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Can lift up to 50 lbs., squat and bend down and be on your feet for long periods of time.
A genuine, smiling and enthusiastic personality!
1 - 2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
