Our client, a global tech company, is seeking a Service Contract Coordinator. Job Title: Service Contract Coordinator. Location: Remote. Duration: 7 Months Contract. Job Description:

• Support the Service Contract Administration team by processing accurate and high-quality service scope requests.
• Work closely with Sales and internal teams to triage service scoping requests and support accurate deal closure.
• Manage the service scoping case queue, tracking communications, request status, and follow-up activities.
• Review, prioritize, and respond to service scope requests promptly according to policies and SLAs.
• Triage and escalate requests to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
• Generate and update service scoping documents, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Review case statuses and follow up on pending cases to ensure workflows are completed within required timelines.
• Draft detailed documents and verify that final documents accurately match opportunity products.
• Assist the manager with other functional initiatives and administrative activities as needed.
• Support the sales process by identifying opportunities and coordinating actions between customers and sales teams.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Work independently with limited supervision and identify opportunities for administrative and process improvements.
• Participate in new initiatives and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Background in client management, customer service, and operations preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in typing and Microsoft Word/computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and audiences.
• Willingness to participate in and provide feedback on new initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with limited guidance from a supervisor.
