Career Opportunities with Harrison, Walker and Harper Job Title : Warehouse Manager Location : Maxton, NC Company : We Pack Logistics Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits Role Overview: Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping customer products inside a warehousing being operated on either a public or contract basis by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. STARTING PAYRATE: $83k - $103k per year (negotiable depending on experience) PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm *Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed What You'll Do: Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance. Coordinates with organic maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for both personnel and customer inventories. Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets. Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience.
