Job Description
Ballad Health and Norton Community Hospital are seeking Obstetrician-Gynecologists to join a longstanding and well-supported OB program. This team-based practice includes three OB Hospitalists, two Family Nurse Practitioners, a Community Health Worker, and a full complement of office staff serving Wise County, the City of Norton, and surrounding communities. Position Highlights
• Guaranteed Base Salary with Productivity & Performance Bonuses
• Signing Bonus & Relocation Allowance
• Comprehensive Health/Dental/Vision Benefits
• 403B Retirement Plan (or 401K if applicable)
• Teaching hospital with Family & Internal Medicine Residents via Ballad Health programs
• Call shared with OB Hospitalist
• Outpatient office located on hospital campus, adjacent to the Family Birthing Center
