Working within Vista Prairie Communities' values of Caring, Respect, Collaboration, Innovation, and Stewardship, you will support residents in living with purpose through the Aspire Lifestyle Model and its five pillars of wellness—social, physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual. Working in partnership with the Community Care Manager, you will assist with staff development, scheduling, and daily operations while monitoring quality of care and service delivery. You will lead by example, foster a positive and accountable team culture, and ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centered care that exceeds expectations.
