Senior AI Engineer: SOC Design Automation
NVIDIA Corporation
NVIDIA's SOC Design (SOCD) team is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to eliminate bottlenecks in SOC integration through intelligent automation. You will build AI-powered tools and agents that accelerate design workflows in Santa Clara, CA. You will work with SOCD execution and methodology teams to deploy RAG knowledge systems, LLM-powered assistants, and reusable AI-enabled components across internal design infra.
