Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity, starting in September, involves providing crucial OT services within a school setting, as well as occasional home health visits. With an initial schedule of 6 hours per week—and the possibility of additional time depending on testing needs—you’ll play a vital part in helping students achieve their educational goals.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid OT license in Massachusetts
• Experience delivering occupational therapy in schools, home health, and healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of school-based assessments and interventions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible, organized, and skilled at managing a dynamic caseload
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to student-focused care

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Deliver direct therapy services both within the classroom and in students’ homes as needed
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
• Complete required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Adjust caseload and hours based on testing and student needs
