Fiber Management Lead

Leading the implementation of GIS-driven solutions, the full-time remote Fiber Management Lead will oversee fiber network design data integration, manage project workflows, and mentor GIS staff while collaborating with engineering and operations teams. Key responsibilities Manage the implementation and optimization of enterprise GIS solutions, including data integration and validation Drive data integration, QA/QC, and system configuration efforts, developing ETL workflows using tools such as FME and Python Lead system enhancements and automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and mentoring GIS staff Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years of GIS experience, with at least 3 years in fiber or telecommunications At least 2 years of project management or leadership experience Proficiency with Esri platforms (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise) Experience with fiber management systems (e.g., 3-GIS, Vetro, Mapcom, or similar) #J-18808-Ljbffr ENTRUST Solutions Group
