We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative . This full-time role involves selling building materials to businesses and individuals over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Essential Duties Process a high volume of orders and sales data electronically or via phone/email. Respond to technical questions and advise customers on suitable products. Estimate lead times and delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules. Build and maintain customer relationships. Collaborate with sales, production, and transportation teams to meet customer needs. Investigate and resolve customer service issues. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience in lumber, building materials, or building supplies industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
