Food Service Assistant

Job details:

• The Food Service Assistant I will be a utility player supporting teamwork in the kitchen and dining room. 
• This position will do whatever it takes as directed by the supervising kitchen director or the acting onsite supervisor in order to ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests and staff during retreats and camps.
• You will be supporting the Laity Lodge kitchen staff in Leakey, TX to help cover for a vacancy due to leave of absence. 
• We provide shuttles to and from Kerrville, Camp Wood, and Leakey to assist with transportation on 8-5 days and provide housing at the location during retreats. 
• This position starts at $15.50 and has benefits like:
