Job Summary: As an In-Home Care Provider, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. You will provide a range of non-medical and personal care servicesfrom companionship and daily support to end-of-life caretailored to meet each client's unique needs with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Requirements
o Must be at least 18 years of age.
o High school diploma or GED.
o Current Oregon Driver's license and auto insurance
- Pass a state required background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to complete the demands of the job.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
- Support clients with personal care and hygiene.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
- Assist clients with shopping and errands.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment properly.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA protocol.
