We are currently searching for a quality and detail-oriented individual to lead our Estimating department. Responsibilities Prepare Estimates for review: Download plans – Take off plans – Enter into Estimate program – Create Proposal Manage Project Specifics: Manage & Track vendor quote requests, job correspondence, timelines Submit Project Proposals to Clients: Prepare Project Proposals and submit to clients with detailed information pertaining to the specific project; Communicate project goals and track communication with clients. Manage Estimating Calendar: Manage project due dates – Keep estimating team on track for due date Assist with Submittal Process: Assist Project Management Team with Submittal process and coordinate project budgets Contracts: Participate in the Contract review process with clients and provide feedback on project scope; Assist with the review of Contract Scope to ensure it is project specific and that all items are covered.
