Construction Coordinator - Office Division ($69,000.00 - $91,800.00)

Location Irvine, CA 92617 Property 111 INNOVATION (0010) Position Summary This position manages the coordination and inspection of construction projects in support of the construction management team. The role includes managing smaller projects directly, overseeing construction scheduling and communication, and leading the packaging of bids, collecting estimates, schedules, materials, and issuing purchase orders as needed. Responsibilities Manage routing, approvals, distribution, and filing of project documents; maintain project files; review leases and contracts; oversee Tenant Consent to Alter requests; ensure SOP compliance. Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners; attend and lead meetings as needed, including kickoffs and punch walks. Lead the management of project status reports (dates, costs, square footage, status); manage CM schedules; manage the invoicing process. Review pricing and change orders and provide recommended action, when needed, to Construction Management. Support and oversee projects from kickoff through closeout, including spec suites. Be responsible for the training and onboarding of hires. Preferred Education Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience 0-3 Years Additional Requirements Valid California driver’s license; maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.) Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. Strong proficiency with Google Office Suite; knowledge of scheduling software. Compensation Base Pay Range: $69,000.00 - $91,800.00 Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
