Packaging Associate We are seeking reliable and motivated Packaging Line Associates to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for packaging finished products, monitoring automated equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards before shipment. Pay: $18.50/hour Shifts: Day Shifts & Night Shifts available Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided for candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work safely as part of a team. Responsibilities: Package and palletize finished paper rolls Apply protective plastic wrapping to finished products Monitor products moving through automated packaging equipment Inspect products for quality and accuracy Work with team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Qualifications: Manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Team-oriented with good communication skills Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures Physical Requirements: Stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and squatting Lift up to 30 pounds as needed Ability to remain active throughout the shift Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
