monitor performance and profit objectivesCreate organic social media strategy for multi-property regionAlign social, digital, and web strategies with property vision through regular leadership meetingsAttend events and promotions to capture content, engage guests, and promote the brandCreate efficient staff schedules while managing labor costs and meeting guest satisfaction goalsOversee property social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)Develop and execute paid social media content calendarMaintain daily workflow and execute organic social media postingsPartner with property outlets to ensure social media strategy aligns with missionMonitor and respond to online reviews and manage property reputationCreate copy and imagery for organic social postsConduct social media and internet research; provide market recommendationsCollaborate with Corporate Design Studio for access to photo assets and usage rightsManage vendor relationships to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective campaign productionSubmit paid social media advertising requests via InMotion project management systemProvide analytics reporting for organic social media; adjust strategy as neededAdhere to deadlines for content calendar and other assignmentsAssist in departmental budget planning; ensure compliance and report concernsPromote superior customer service and ensure team adherence to service standardsEnhance guest interactions through friendly engagement and supportEnsure regulatory compliance and report potential issues to Executive Management/GMMaintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company mattersSupervisory ResponsibilitiesOversee staff development initiatives and training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for successLead employee recognition efforts through rewards and engagement programs to foster a positive and motivated work environmentConduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support continuous improvementMake staffing recommendations, including participation in interviewing, hiring, and scheduling to meet operational needsPlan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service deliveryProvide guidance on employee performance matters, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as neededBring Us Your Best.Qualification RequirementsMust be at least 21 years of ageBachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 5 years in progressively responsible leadership roles in marketing or operationsExperience across multiple communication channels including direct mail, email, and social mediaStrong understanding of social media best practicesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
