Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent to join our growing insurance agency in Danbury, CT. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare insurance quotes for prospective clients.
Explain coverage options clearly and accurately.
Present policy recommendations and close sales.
Service existing clients and address their insurance needs.
Manage policy renewals and conduct policy reviews.
Assist clients with claims-related needs.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance preferred.
CT Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.
Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance and policy administration.
Experience with coverage analysis and sales prospecting.
Strong communication and client service skills.
