Operations Manager

A growing leader in the HVAC, building controls, and construction industry is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead project delivery, customer satisfaction, operational performance, and team development. In this leadership role, you will partner with executive leadership to drive operational strategy, improve market share, oversee multiple projects, mentor Project Managers and Construction Managers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You'll also play a key role in customer relationships, revenue forecasting, proposal reviews, workforce development, and overall business performance. Qualifications 8+ years of construction industry experience Strong HVAC background highly preferred (But overall MEP will do as well) Experience in operations, business management, or construction leadership Knowledge of building controls/automation systems preferred Financial expertise including forecasting, budgeting, and cost management Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operations leader looking to make a significant impact within a growing organization while advancing their career in a strategic leadership position.
