Job Overview Flynn Applebee's is seeking a Server to provide exceptional guest service. You will be the first and last impression for guests and play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and manage seating. Take and recommend orders accurately. Ensure tables are clean and properly stocked. Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately. Maintain a safe and sanitary work area and assist with food safety procedures. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and team members to deliver timely service. Address guest concerns and provide solutions promptly. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong customer‑service orientation. Ability to remain positive, polite and professional in a fast‑paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. Can lift or carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Compensation and Benefits Competitive wages at minimum wage plus tips. Daily Pay* available in all states except California. Physical Standards Unable to perform required duties due to a physical limitation? There are no medical examinations as a hiring requirement. However, you must be able to: • Exert mobility for up to four hours at a time. • Safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds; relocate plates and baskets roughly 30 times per shift. • Speak clearly, listen attentively, and wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift. • Work while wearing a protective face covering or mask wherever required and wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
