General Labor Associate
$16.9 - $17.25 per hourYork Employment
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labor Associate to join our team in Ontario. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operations by performing various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our facility. Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and products.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support team members in various tasks as needed.
- Operate basic machinery and tools as required.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment.
