High Tide Breakfast, Lunch & Creperie — Pacifica, CA

Pay: $16.90/hour Est. Tip (+ $7–$10/hour in tips)

High Tide is a busy, all-day breakfast, lunch, and creperie on the coast in Pacifica. We serve a full menu of house-made favorites — from Eggs Benedicts and omelettes to savory and sweet crepes, fresh sandwiches, salads, and a full espresso bar. Weekends are fast, high-volume, and full of locals and visitors alike. We take pride in consistent food, warm service, and a great guest experience every single plate.

We're looking for a server who thrives in a fast-paced breakfast and lunch environment and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. You'll be the face of High Tide — greeting guests, guiding them through our menu, keeping tables moving, and making sure every guest leaves wanting to come back.

• Greet and seat guests warmly and promptly
• Know our menu inside and out — breakfast, lunch, crepes, and espresso drinks — and make confident recommendations
• Take accurate orders and enter them correctly in our POS
• Communicate allergies and modifications clearly to the kitchen
• Deliver food and drinks accurately and check back on tables
• Keep tables bussed, reset, and clean throughout service
• Clean and utilize the dishwasher , Polish glass/tableware
• Work quickly and calmly during our high-volume weekend rushes
• Handle payments accurately and close out tabs
• Support teammates and pitch in wherever needed

• Previous serving experience preferred (breakfast/lunch or high-volume a plus)
• Fast, friendly, and unflappable under pressure
• Strong attention to detail — orders, allergies, and check accuracy matter
• Team player who communicates well with kitchen and front of house
• Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their section
• Able to stand, walk, and carry trays throughout a full shift
• Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days)
• California Food Handler card (or willing to obtain before starting)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Day shifts — we open at 8am and close by 6pm (no late nights!)
• Weekend availability is required
• Part-time and full-time positions available

• $16.90/hour base pay (Estimated +/- $7–$10/hour in tips on average)
