Board-Certified Gynecologist - Part-Time GYN-Only Position

About Starling Health Starling Health is a growing, NYS Article 28 licensed multispecialty diagnostic and treatment center serving the Bronx community. We operate under New York State Department of Health oversight and currently see 300+ patients daily across multiple locations. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to an underserved urban population, and we are expanding into new markets including Buffalo and Jamaica, NY. Position Summary We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologist (MD or DO) to join our multispecialty team on a part-time basis at our Bronx clinic. This is a GYN-only outpatient position - no obstetrics or delivery call required. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, experienced clinician who is committed to women's health in a community-centered care environment. Position Details Position Type: Part-Time (1-3 days per week; flexible scheduling available) Setting: Outpatient / Ambulatory Clinic Location: The Bronx, New York Schedule: Mutually agreed upon days; Monday-Sunday availability Obstetrics: Not required - GYN-only practice EMR: eClinicalWorks Version 12 Start Date: As soon as credentialed Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations and well-woman visits Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions including PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, menstrual disorders, and menopause Perform in-office procedures including colposcopy, IUD insertion/removal, endometrial biopsy, and other appropriate GYN procedures Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results Provide patient counseling on reproductive health, contraception, and preventive care Collaborate with multispecialty team including primary care, radiology, and laboratory Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in eClinicalWorks Adhere to NYS DOH Article 28 compliance standards and facility policies Qualifications Required MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completed residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Current, unrestricted New York State medical license Current DEA registration Eligibility for credentialing with major commercial and government payers (Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP) Malpractice insurance Preferred Experience in community health or urban/underserved patient populations Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Bengali) strongly preferred Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR Experience with Medicaid-heavy payer mix Ability to perform in-office GYN procedures independently Compensation & Benefits Competitive part-time compensation commensurate with experience and market benchmarks Flexible scheduling - you choose your days Credentialing support provided Clinical support staff and medical assistant on-site Opportunity for expanded hours or additional locations as practice grows #J-18808-Ljbffr Starling Diagnostics
