232 Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, well-maintained multifamily communities in Columbus, OH. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and oversee preventative maintenance to protect asset performance and resident satisfaction. You may participate in a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 coverage and support one or more properties with fellow technicians and vendors.
