– Draw quality blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations – Prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures and best practices – Explain procedures to patients to foster trust and confidence during specimen collection – Maintain accurate records and documentation for all specimen collection activities – Perform specimen processing and handling in accordance with safety and quality standards – Demonstrate professionalism and uphold confidentiality when managing patient information – Support the team by completing daily tasks accurately and on time under supervision – Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment in the clinical setting – Rotate work schedule to include weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed

– Excellent phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Strong customer service skills for engaging with patients in a caring and professional manner – Accurate keyboard and data entry skills for maintaining records – Ability to perform error-free work in a fast-paced environment – Good organizational and communication skills

– High school diploma or equivalent required – Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred – Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington) – Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; over one year preferred – Customer service experience in retail or service environment is a plus – Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, with rotational Saturdays – Ability to adapt to staffing needs and work in a team environment
