Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Responsible for monitoring, assessing, and supporting patients with complex medical conditions and advanced equipment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical status continuously.
  
  
• 
  Operate and manage critical care equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record system.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid ICU or RN license in hand prior to submission.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Proficient in managing telemetry, ventilators, and critical drips.
  
  
• 
  Skilled in performing procedures such as central line insertions, thoracentesis, and intubation.
  
  
• 
  Certified in ACLS and BLS.
  
  
• 
  Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
