Lifestyle Coordinator

Job Description

The Lifestyle Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents through the planning and execution of engaging lifestyle programs in two properties in North Jersey. This independent role focuses on managing senior living activities, residential community events, and various recreational and leisure activities, ensuring daily direct interaction with clients and fostering strong relationships. The role also involves weekly regional travel to support programming across locations.

Responsibilities

Plan and organize senior living and residential community events
Engage with clients daily to understand and support their lifestyle preferences
Schedule and coordinate recreational and leisure activities
Develop and implement lifestyle programs that promote resident well-being
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate independently to manage program delivery and logistics
Travel regionally on a weekly basis to support events and activities

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in lifestyle coordination or event planning
Strong background in customer service and client engagement
Excellent communication skills
