Job Overview Our Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) ensures prompt, professional customer service for our clients while supporting the hospital’s efficiency and daily operations. Key duties include scheduling appointments, managing messages, escorting clients to exam rooms, presenting treatment plans, and processing invoices.
