We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven

Community Liaison to support and grow our clinics in Baton Rouge, Prairieville, Lafayette, and Alexandria. This role focuses on community outreach, physician and referral-source relationships, and brand visibility. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners
• Conduct in-person marketing visits and follow-ups within assigned territory
• Represent FYZICAL at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with clinic leadership and administration
• Track outreach efforts and referral activity- On Outfield App.
• Support brand awareness and growth across all assigned locations
• Travel regularly between Baton Rouge, Prairieville, Lafayette, and Alexandria clinics (Lafayette is the hub facility)
• Prepare reports of business transactions and maintain accurate expense accounts
• Monitor and report on set KPIs

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, and/or business development is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working independently and on the road
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Familiarity with the local Louisiana healthcare market is a plus
