Local Travel Speech Therapist (SLP)

Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to patients in a collaborative clinical setting in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Earn up to $2,550 per week with full-time hours and potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goals
• Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional practice standards
• Promote patient safety while delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in North Dakota or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous clinical experience in an acute care, outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or home health setting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
