As a team member at Oyster House, you'll be a key part of delivering a memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Whether you're serving oysters, mixing drinks, preparing meals, or greeting customers, you'll help maintain the smooth operation of our restaurant while creating a welcoming, fun environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and process their transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
• Answer questions about the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized register and front-of-house area.
• Assist with food packing and preparation during busy periods.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling concerns and escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation.
• Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
