Responsibilities Learn our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch. Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Receive hands‑on learning, guidance, mentoring and support to be successful. Build relationships in the community essential to building your own business. Excel at customer service, sales & marketing, finance, and operations, always putting our customers first. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree is required. This position requires a valid CA driver’s license. Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership (military, athletic/team activities, community, social or academic organizations). Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
