Role Overview As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the primary point of contact for homeowners in your territory. You’ll connect with customers, assess their needs, and guide them through our remodeling solutions. Your goal is to generate leads, build strong relationships, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs and present remodeling solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the operations and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Track sales activity and results in the CRM system. Represent American Dream Home Remodeling professionally and positively in your territory. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable presenting and selling in a consultative environment. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training. Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments efficiently.
