Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic

Job Summary Performs patient care and treatment activities on ambulance and demonstrates clinical competencies necessary to perform patient care functions as assigned to this position. Qualifications Education
- Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Successful completion of an approved EMT-Paramedic program
- Preferred
- Three years of experience in Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Critical Care Setting
- Required
- Current EMT-P license from the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) or Licensed Paramedic
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Must obtain within ninety (90) days of hire
- Preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
