This position is responsible for ensuring for the cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.**MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:*** Pre-rinse all dishes prior to placing in industrial dishwasher.* Use industrial dishwasher to wash all dishes from the kitchen, concession stands and catering events.* Clean all kitchen equipment on a regular basis and as requested by Executive Chef or other team members.* Clean kitchen floors on a regular basis.* Assists chefs with preparation for events.* Place all recycling and trash in appropriate locations.* Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS:*** Must be at least 18 years old.* Must hold current and valid food handler's permit.* Ability to stand / walk for prolonged periods of time.* Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more.
