What You’ll Do
- Clean residential homes to Molly Maid’s high standards
- Work in a team of two to complete daily cleaning routes
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every home
- Follow company systems, checklists, and processes
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $15/hour
- Average Earnings: $15–$23/hour (including tips & bonuses)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights, weekends, or major holidays
