Benefits Enrollment Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Enrollment Specialist to support their upcoming fall benefits rollout and seasonal mass onboarding efforts. In this contract role, you will manage day-to-day benefits administration, guide employees through enrollment options, process high-volume new-hire documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to maintain accurate records. If you have hands‑on experience in benefits support, high-volume onboarding, and ATS management along with strong communication skills, salary: $18 - $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Benefits & Open Enrollment: Assist with the fall benefits rollout, answer employee inquiries regarding coverage, and support seamless open enrollment administration. Onboarding & Compliance: Coordinate seasonal mass onboarding, process new-hire documentation, and ensure strict compliance with HR policies and regulations. HRIS & ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR platforms to track candidate progress, maintain accurate employee records, and update benefits data. Administrative Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for benefits questions, manage daily HR documentation, and assist with general administrative workflow.
