What You’ll Do As our Catering Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our catering operations. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and managing all catering orders, from initial inquiry to successful delivery. Communicating with customers to confirm order details, timelines, and special requests. Overseeing inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for catering and restaurant operations. Assisting with staff scheduling and coordinating labor needs for catering events. Collaborating with restaurant management and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. Maintaining accurate records of catering orders, inventory, and schedules. Building relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to grow catering sales. Ensuring all catering orders meet Nick the Greek’s high standards for quality and service. Assisting with delivery logistics and event setup as needed. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who brings a combination of experience, skills, and enthusiasm to the role. Our ideal candidate has: At least 1 year of experience in catering, restaurant operations, hospitality, or event coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with basic computer and scheduling systems. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
