P&C Coordinator

People & Culture (HR) Coordinator (Watsonville/Santa Cruz area) We're hiring a People & Culture Coordinator (HR) team with day-to-day administrative operations, HR documentation, and coordination of key people programs. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with HR systems and confidential employee information. What you'll do Provide administrative support to the P&C/HR team (calendar management, meeting coordination, document prep, follow-ups) Support recruiting coordination (posting openings, updating job descriptions, scheduling/coordination support as needed) Coordinate temporary/contract labor assignments (liaison with staffing partners, track start/end dates, maintain records) Track attendance and support timecard processes in Paycom Maintain employee records and HR documentation (personnel files, HRIS updates/data entry) Support onboarding logistics (scheduling, preparing materials, coordinating onboarding activities) Process employee changes in Paycom (promotions, transfers, terminations, status/benefit changes) Support benefits administration and open enrollment activities in Paycom Assist with HR projects (engagement initiatives, trainings, wellness, compliance efforts) Maintain policies/procedures and handle sensitive information with confidentiality Other duties as assigned What we're looking for 2-4 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, project coordination, or HR support (preferred) Experience supporting multiple leaders/departments HRIS experience strongly preferred (Paycom is a plus; similar systems ok) Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and handle confidential information professionally Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Education Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered) Physical requirements Prolonged periods of walking/standing/sitting and working on a computer Must be able to access and navigate production areas safely Why work for Advance Services, Inc.
