A local public school district is seeking dependable temporary custodial staff to support school operations. This short-term assignment, lasting approximately 6-8 weeks, focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and organized learning environments for students and staff. Possible temp-to-hire for the right candidate.

Pay
$11.00 per hour

Role Description
The School Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout school facilities. Daily tasks include vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping assigned areas, collecting and disposing of trash, restocking cleaning supplies, and reporting maintenance issues to supervisors. This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Previous custodial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
