Delivery Driver — $25/Hour starting pay + Paid Training
Looking for steady work where you stay active and get home after your route? Alpha Logistics is hiring reliable Delivery Drivers for suburban routes in Plymouth County. No delivery experience is required—we provide hands-on, on-the-road training and a company van and uniform.
About Alpha LogisticsWe’re a growing local Delivery Service Partner operating 20 routes a day and building our team ahead of peak season. Our station is at 50 Prestige Way, Plymouth, MA 02360 (DAS9) .
Pay & Benefits$25/hour starting pay
Paid training
$500 sign-on bonus after 90 shifts

401(k) and tuition reimbursement
Company vehicle and uniform provided
Full-time: Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat, 11 AM until delivery completion .
What You’ll DoDeliver packages safely and on time
Drive a company vehicle and complete safety checks
Use GPS, package scanners and a smartphone
Follow all safety and driving rules
21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR check and 4-panel drug test , paid by the employer
You’ll have hands-on training, company-provided tools and a supportive team as we grow. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
