Job Description:UCP Seguin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Services Administrator to lead and support operations within one of our residential homes. This role is responsible for ensuring the home runs smoothly and meets the unique needs and preferences of the individuals we serve. The Administrator will oversee staff, guide program implementation, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.Guides the Direct Support Professional (DSP) to: Provide support & comfort to people with developmental and other disabilities, assisting them to lead self-directed lives, achieve their personal goals and contribute to their community; and encourage attitudes and behaviors that enhance inclusion in their communities.If you're passionate about inclusion, leadership, and making a difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.Salary: $57,095-61,095 Key Responsibilities:Ensures the provision of management leadership presence directly to staff and programs in assigned home.Ensuring the successful ongoing operation in a manner appropriate to the needs and choices of person served and their service plan goals and related program methodologies.To maximize growth in independent living skills and community integration and in accordance with all applicable UCP Seguin, Federal and State rules and regulations as well as accreditation standards governing services.Supervisory Responsibilities: Selects and supervises (orients, trains, schedules, evaluates, commends, disciplines and directs activities) assigned direct subordinate staff and ensures same for all staff supervised by direct report(s). Utilizing measurable performance evaluation criteria for staff growth and ensuring that performance standards necessary to meet the needs of persons served are achieved.In line with objectives, policies and standards of the Agency, and all the applicable state and federal laws and regulations governing participant care and the workplace.Qualifications:Minimum of 21 years of ageMinimum of one year of professional experience and one year of supervisory experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferredAssociate degree or equivalent in combination of education and experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, preferably in a residential setting.Valid Illinois Drivers License Posses or acquire within the new hire training cycle, First Aid, Safety Cares and C.P.R. certification, updating as required by licensing agencies.Possess or acquire within first 90 days of employment self-administration of medication training.
